Hi, I have attached the picture of the error.

I got this error when I was using Ultra ISO for burning a CD on my HP dv6-1123ee Entertainment Notebook. I have done my fare share of research on this issue, and applied many of these solutions, but none of them have worked.

So I am posting this error here, hoping that one of your experts will give me the perfect answer.

You should know that I have Windows 7, and all my drivers are updated, along with the Windows.

Thank you for your attention.

Firstly, it is recommended that you download the latest version of Intel Matrix Storage Manager (here is the link to the Intel download center) ; uninstall the previous version, setup the downloaded latest version, restart your computer and your problem will be solved.

You might also try going to RUN window and enter "regedit". if you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password and click Allow. Locate and click the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlClass{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} registry subkey in the navigation pane. Click Upper Filters in the right pane and delete it. Then click Lower Filters and delete it as well. Exit registry editor and restart the system.

It is better if you try the first solution, that is- download the latest version, as in most cases, the problem is easily solved through that way.

Best of Luck with you.
