You can add or open and again open a GPO (Group Policy Object) in Windows Server by following the easy steps as shown:

  1. Click on GPO on the Administrative tools from the start.
  2. Double-click on the forest located at left-pane and then Domains which contain GPO which you want to edit.
  3. You can open an existing GPO or create a new GPO and then edit by opening it.

Click on Edit, and the Group Policy Editor opens.
