I want the steps that helps me use exchange 2010 track message feature. I have tried configuring it but I am not getting how to do that. People help me as I am stuck. Please help.

Use Exchange 2010 Track Message Steps

To use the feature of message grabbing in exchange 2010-
1. Launch the exchange management console for this task
2. Go to the option toolbox in the exchange management console
3. In toolbox look for tracking log explorer
4. Use this tool to look for messages and track them using different criteria and parameters
