Unknown Error the server has some issue with Tapatalk

Hi there,

I use Tapatalk for almost a week and is for the first time when this error appears. I did some researches on the Internet and it seems like is a common error, I didn’t find any solution. Please experts help me to fix this one. Does the server have some issue or is a problem with my phone?

I think there is really no problem with your Tapatalk app installed on your Smartphone. It is obviously normal for forum websites to implement certain session time limit for individual users accessing the site. Sometimes the session for a user expires if he or she becomes idle for a certain amount of time. And when he or she accesses the site again without knowing that the session has already expired, this error normally appears.

There are also sites where you select your preferred session and it immediately starts after you log in and you are given a certain duration to completely access the site, your account, and some other stuffs. It doesn’t check if you’ve become idle or not, as long as your session time is running and still with available time, you can go around the site. And when your session time runs out, you need to log in back.

In your case, try logging out of your account and then log in back then see what happens. If the problem continues, try reinstalling the app on your handset. Another way of possibly fixing the problem if you still can’t use it is to install the latest version for your Smartphone. Visit Package File Version to see the latest version of Tapatalk for your handset.

I have also got this issue when the session has been expired, Session expired means you may have not been active from long time or in some cases the session is created for some specific time.

I have solved this issue by re logging in the system. Please re login in the system, there is no problem with your application version or your phone. This is a server issue, the developer has shown you the message from the server.
