Every time when I scan my document I receive this error message. What is this? Can somebody help me to resolve this issue? Thanks

If you have mentioned more details for this error like what antivirus are you using to scan files or some more like what files are causing this error. Does it work fine for other files then it would be nice to give you exact solution.
Well but I will give you a solution for it. Hope it will work for you.
1- Try increasing the size of the log file in Anti-virus.
2- Get the latest updates.

This can be an internal error with the antivirus you are using. To try fixing the problem, uninstall and reinstall your antivirus. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your antivirus or internet security among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click to restart later.
When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then restart the computer. After booting, install your antivirus or internet security back then see if it works. Also, check that your subscription with your antivirus is still valid.
Most of the time, this problem happens because the subscription has expired. When this happens, the antivirus or internet security will automatically disable itself leaving your system vulnerable and unprotected. To fix this, renew your subscription. On the other hand, if your subscription is valid but there is a problem with your antivirus, you can use Sophos to scan your computer.
Download Sophos Virus Removal Tool and install it. Once installed, start Sophos then wait for the virus signature database to get updated. When updating is complete, click to start scanning your machine. When a virus is found at the end of the scan, remove or delete it then repeat the scan over and over until it no longer detects a virus.
