This message always appears every time I use my Hp scanner:
It is displayed that the scanner program is not installed correctly however; I know that I have installed it properly and now I am facing this type of error. Please help me with this problem.

An unexpected internal error has occurred. Click OK to close the program, and then try one of the following:
– Restart the Program,
– Restart the PC and then try again
– Reinstall the HP Photo & Imaging Software and try again.

Disconnect the USB Connector from the scanner to the PC and Scanner’s power source. Try to remove all previous versions of the HP scanner and reinstall the software for your HP Scanner properly. After installations, restart PC, attached the power cable to your scanner and attached the USB cable to the back of the scanner.

Try to performed document scanning again and observed if it can scan already without error. If problem still exists, determine the model of your scanner and try to search any patch from HP website. Install the patch

Another option is delete KYGRPRes.dll and then install the HP Photo and Imaging 2.2 software. Click my computer go to drive C, open program files and look for HP folder, open digital imaging folder, double click bin and delete KYGRPRes.dll. and afterwards perform test scan.
