Heloo, I am asking for some help regarding my problem on panda cloud, while I was scanning for some virus , suddenly an error message appeared it says Unexpected error. Error code 1, see below all the error message text.

I did not remember making some changes on my settings, I did not also add some application that might conflict with panda, I already reinstalled panda using a newly downloaded file, but the problem still persist, I am now asking for some suggestions on my problem, I am also thinking if I will just reformat my computer, but it would take me a lot of time, please advice me on this issue.

After looking at the issue, I though t I would provide some advice to solve your problem. As you told you were using panda cloud antivirus as your main software in your pc. If you are using the original software then you should directly contact panda customer service. But if you are using the free software then this type error usually happen to free software’s. First of all you need to do is check for any settings change which you might have done without your knowledge. Then try to repeat the problem and see whether you still get the solution or not. I think you will not, so I would suggest you to reinstall the software. This might help you. But still if it repeats then, you should do the last possible thing that is reinstall windows and install the software to use it further.
