Unable to print to a network printer…

Hi,

I have used the printer before but now i cannot print to a network printer. Status of the printer in printer queue is turned on. Why cannot i print to a network printer?

Unable to print to a network printer…

First thing you have to try is to clear all print jobs on the queue. Turn the printer off then turn it back on and then try to print a test page. If this doesn't work, On your computer, go to SETTINGS, then PRINTERS, and then select your printer. Right click on it and then go to properties. Under the General tab of the printer properties window,select the DRIVER button and choose the driver again. If this still does not work, try reinstalling the printer. Go to PRINTERS, and then SETTINGS, select your printer and then delete it. Go to ADD printer Wizard and then install your printer using the latest driver.
