Is your trackball not moving in your blackberry smart phone? That’s the familiar problem with blackberry devices, on the other hand cleaning, diagnosing and replacing the components involved is not hard to do. If the trackballs performance does not get better after cleaning attempts, go to any nearby blackberry store location to have it replace.

But before doing this, try the steps that might help you move your trackball by giving it about a small amount of pressure that will exercise to click the trackball, rotate it around in order to take away any grease or oil from the trackball. Keep rolling for about 15 seconds up, 15 seconds down, right and left. If it has not improved the performance repeat the steps.
