Unable to login/browse sites on my Sony laptop

Hi friends,

I am using a new Sony VAIO Fit Series SVF14212CXB last 6 months onwards. Before that it worked very well.

But 1 week onwards when I am trying to browse or log in to email some pop up or survey links are coming. They are blocking the whole screen. Has this issue been due to Virus? I scanned the whole system, but no virus detected. I deleted browsing history and cookies. But nothing worked still same. I can't access anything on my computer.

Any idea what's going wrong here? Please let me know if anyone encountered this issue. Thanks a lot!

First, clear your internet browser’s cache. In Internet Explorer, that’s under “Settings,” “Internet Options” and select all the options under “delete.” Then restart the browser.

If still blocked by pop-ups, it is possible you have a virus infection.

Try manually updating your antivirus software and running a full system scan at the highest sensitivity.

If all else fails, try a system restore to an earlier time when everything worked fine.
