Unable to install instdrv.exe for imbdrv

Hi Chaps,

I am using LANDesk Management Suite 9.2 SP2 (LDMS) in an Enterprise environment.

The client computers or the agents in our environment are Windows 7 Professional desktops.

All the desktops are 64-bit. An attempt to deploy an agent throws up the strange error:

“IPMI Driver InstallShield Wizard

Unable to install instdrv.exe for imbdrv.”

Do let me know if any of you have a sound understanding of LDMS and its configuration.

Perhaps I have missed out on something essential here.

Hello Sloan,

Good day! I think you are in little bit upset about recurring problem in your PC about an unexpected dialogue box appear during working an important work. Don't anxious try the following indication I think after that you will be able to use your PC satisfactorily.

It’s happening because the driver is absence there and every times it’s become failure to find the driver. In order to stop this dialogue box you need to make swdistconfig.properties and make perform compliance check 0. If its need later you can change it later when its possible.
