Unable to Delete Email from Outlook Web App 2010

Hi everyone,

I have been using Microsoft outlook for sending emails.

Now i want to delete my emails from outlook Web App (OWA) 2010. i tried a lot but of no use.

Whenever i try deleting an email in OWA, an error appears as shown below:

An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be

handled.

The entire error report is listed below: Hide Report

I have been running Exchange 2010 SP2 with UR1. I don't know what's happening? it says my request couldn't be handled.

Anybody facing this kind of a problem, please help me in finding the solution.

Unable to Delete Email from Outlook Web App 2010

Hi Jane,

OWA web access has nothing to do with client side as everything is managed on the Exchange server. The best tweaks you can do is –

1. Clear your browser's cache, history everything.
2. Check it on IE, OWA is well supported in IE.
3. Try shift+delete for permanently deleting any mail.

If none works, Contact Microsoft Exchange IT support.

Unable to Delete Email from Outlook Web App 2010

Dear Dave Tuttle,

First of all, update to SP1 which improves and fixes many problems that arose before Microsoft issued it.
If you have already done this and problem still exists, the following steps will cure it:

1. Follow the proposed steps provided in the following site: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/981667/an-exception-occurs-when-a-wcf-client-sends-a-request-to-a–net-framew
2. Install the Visual Studio and .NET Framework from this URL:https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?DownloadID=29422
