Unable to complete the operation on Application

Hi,

I have problem in opening the Event Viewer logs which is present under the Administrative tools of Control Panel. When I click Application, all of a sudden I am getting this Event Viewer error. I am not a technical person, feeling tired of this error. How to solve this error? Please help me to open the event logs. Thanks a lot.

From your problem it seems that whenever you try to open Event Viewer situated under the Administrative tools of your Control Panel you get this type of error. Try the following:

  •  Go to start — Run—- type— ‘in:services.msc’ and type ok.
  • Then scroll below to ‘Event Viewer’. Double click on this.
  • Set the Startup and write ‘Automatic’ and click on apply button.
  • Then go for restarting your computer.
