When I try to make new mails and reply or forward a mail to others the message is un-editable also the images in the browser are not viewed. I use MS Win 2K3 SPII with MS Exchange 2K3 and ISA server and also configured OWA with the ISA server which is working properly.
Where is the fault?
This normally happens when you don’t have enough access to the mail server that you are using. So be sure that you carry out the following things.
Go to the properties of your mail server wherever they are located.
Check if you only have the READ ONLY permission. If it is the case then remove the check or check the box that says WRITE too so that you can edit it again.
Also check that the mail that a person has sent you which you need to forward is not in some kind of format or anything unknown.
Also make sure that you are log in with the admin account in your exchange server.
