Hi,
The packs we have are German and English language of which English one is alright but the problem is with the German one that is when someone is about to use the German pack then personal options turns into record the greetings as well as it alters to Netherlands or Danish. When go back is selected to return the menu by pressing key then it goes back to German. Could anyone help me out to solve this problem? Thank you.

That’s a different thing to happen when just applying and using a different language pack on your application. If you have a different computer, try installing the program there then apply or use the German language to see if the same thing will happen. If it works with no other glitches then the problem is probably with the computer where it was previously installed.
Check that machine for possible virus infection. Update your antivirus then run a full system scan on the whole computer to verify that it is not infected and that’s what’s causing it. You may also try uninstalling it then install it back to have a fresh copy.
