I've seen some laptops with the logo of Ubuntu aside the processor type. Does it mean that only laptops having Ubuntu logo can run the Ubuntu OS or what? What's the meaning of the logo? Is it made for decoration? What can be done to install Ubuntu on laptop without having any complications?

It’s not for decoration; the meaning of this logo is that the laptop is pre-installed with Ubuntu by the manufacturer & you can install another OS if the laptop meets the minimum requirement of that OS.
It doesn't mean that the only laptops having an Ubuntu logo can run the Ubuntu OS. Any laptop that meets the minimum requirement of Ubuntu can be installed with & run an Ubuntu OS without having any complication.
