My motherboard is Gigabyte which has four SATA ports. I used two HDD in my computer one of them contained OS and another only for storage. But after replacing my processor it does not recognize any of my HDD. I have tried many times (changing cable, Changing HDD) but still the problem occurs.
So help me about it.

Two HDD in my computer cannot be recognized
Check for the proper fix of the processor first .
Now check with different SATA cables, or else interchange the cables and check, i guess you might have tried this. if the problem still exists for both the OS and Storage HDD's then exchange the cables and check for the final try.
Also check HDD connecting in another system then you can come to a conclusion if there is any problem with SATAÂ motherboard Ports. If ports on the motherboard are not working , make sure you consult the technician as they are very delicate ports can get damaged. From your word of your question there is a problem with the HDD only after the Processor is replaced,so make sure that the processor is working fine and fixed properly and your problem is solved.
