I just recently formatted my Toshiba external USB drive and stored new files in it. But after two days of using it, a problem occurs. When I plug my Toshiba external USB drive on my PC, it can be detected but it is empty.

I cannot find my files anymore which I currently saved. And when I tried to copy new files to it, a message appears that I have to format my Toshiba external drive first before I can use it. Does anyone have a diagnostic tool or solution for this problem?

You can download it in a couple languages to be more comfortable. Using this tool you'll know if something is wrong with your hard drive. Be sure to have a backup of your data so you won't have loss of data.
