Hi Deandre Barrentos,

Try to run the program with administrator privileges under the administrator account. You can just simply right click and select "Run as Administrator" option to start the program in the administrator mode.

If that did not solve your problem, check if you are using the latest version of the "TweetMyPC" on your Windows Vista. If not download the latest version from their website and then install it (only after uninstalling previous version). You can download the latest version available on the internet from here : http://tweetmypc.codeplex.com/releases/view/52175. Download it and install it as administrator. This should fix your crashing problem.

Hope this helps:)

If the application is working properly before, just try reinstalling it. It is probably just caused by a corrupt file. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select your program in error among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process.

When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, close Revo Uninstaller then install TweetMyPC again. See if this works. If this doesn’t work, make sure .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 is installed because this component is required.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and install it to make the program work again. See if this works. Also, try downloading TweetMyPC 3.0 if you no longer have the installer. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. TweetMyPC is a tiny application designed for Microsoft Windows only using Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1.

It allows you to remotely access your computer to log out, restart, or shut down the machine using a Twitter account.
