Trying to retrive files from bad drive

Using SATA enclosure to retrieve files pictures from bad hard drive I can see the drive but can not access the files pictures.

Need experts.

Trying to retrive files from bad drive

Hi,

I think the fact that you can’t access the files is maybe because it is corrupted. Is the picture file still in.

JPEG or .PNG? Try using recovery software or you can try system restore on the hard drive, I recommend for you to use this “Restoration software” it will restore you file by copying the file from your bad hard drive.
