I encountered some errors in installing Trust Services Lab SDK and Shell (x64).

The error message is below in the image. Why do you think it failed on my Windows 7 Professional test machine?

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Trust Services Lab SDK error

This kind of problem occurs for the windows installer software error. There have file missing in your windows especially in windows installer. When you tried to install your trust services lab SDK, that time there also needed Windows installer for install that software in your PC.

Now you should update your windows XP with latest update from Microsoft. You will need internet connection for update your operating system.

 If you will visit Microsoft’s official site then you will get windows installer software. Then download that software in your computer. After complete the download that software, install windows installer in your computer and then reboot your system to configure.
