Troubles encountered using VLC player

My computer was just reformatted. I tried to install VLC player to watch movie. I installed it successfully, and now I want to try it. As it was loading, an error shows that;

The procedure entry point_vlc_thread_ready could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll.

I was confused, but I hit the OK button. The VLC run then normally. How to prevent those error to come up since every time I use VLC it really showed up. Quite annoying. Any option with this?

Please check the version of your VLC player. The version 0.9.0 has this common error you always encountered. Download the latest version of it, and have it updated.

Also, try to reformat your hard drive to remove viruses. Do try also the registry cleaners. You can find those from the internet and it's free.

This software will search registry errors and fix the problem quickly. You can choose any of the kinds of registry, download it and it will surely help you. Just don't forget to uninstall first the VLC player before running the registry cleaners.

You have probably downloaded and install the VLC player version 0.9.0 which is on beat testing when you have downloaded it. That error is cause by missing dll from installation of incomplete installation package of VLC.

It would be best to uninstall the VLC player you just installed then download the latest version on their website which is free. And install the new version of VLC player.
