Trouble while connecting to VPN

Hey, I’m having trouble connecting to VPN.

I am unable to connect using wireless or 4G and anything I try I get the same error message:

Attention 

Unable to connect to the network. Do you want to try again?

Yes No

Has anyone had a problem like this so far?

I would appreciate it if you would leave an answer asap.

Trouble while connecting to VPN

When setting up VPN connection, you will get this error message once in a while,"Attention, Unable to connect to the network. Do you want to try again?"

Before setting up VPN connection, you should all the necessary information needed to connect to the server. You must have stable Internet connection with good speed. Contact your office's VPN name and IP address to set this up unto your home network.

After getting this information, then you are ready to connect to Virtual Private Network. Sometimes, you'll get the error message mentioned above.

The common problem with this is a security software. It could be computer's Firewall, router of the VPN's client security firewall.

Firewall should allow the access on Generic Routing Encapsulation packets protocol 47. You can contact your Internet Service Provider to determine if their network is blocking this GRE packets. They might have a restriction set-up in their network.
