Touch Screen Not Responding

My phone screen sometimes stops responding, and I leave it for a while. It usually works, and the touch starts working again, but it hasn’t responded since yesterday. I had put my software for update last night, and my phone screen has stopped sensing touch since then. How can I fix it?

Touch Screen Not Responding

Your device might not be responding due to physical damage. Is the screen broken or damaged? Performance-draining apps can crash the phone and make the touch screen is unresponsive. Android system could have crashed after a firmware update. A software problem might stop your touch screen from working randomly.

You can immediately put your device to safe mode.

A factory reset might help, but you’ll end up losing all your data so make sure you have backed up everything. You can also back up afterward seeking the help of a professional. Sorry if the files get synced by Google.
