Hi techyv,

Is there a way to send and read sms from mac? My dell computer desktop has a mac operating system and to be honest I am having a hard time dealing mac operating system but will learn along the way. In what way I can send and read sms from my computer? In case of emergencies this is very important. Please share with me your ideas.

Is there a way to send and read SMS from Mac?

Hi Rebecca,

I will assist you to send sms from your Mac OS X computer. The Dell computer you are using is incompatible with Mac OS X. The sms sending is possible only in Mountain Lion 10.8. The OS includes iMessage. You can send and read message through it. You can send sms to any iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch from iMessage. It works via Internet.
