There is an error with my download program java mobile china. I have a china mobile phone and wants to install java flash player plug in, however when installing the plug in it says about compatibility error. Is java flash player supported by china mobile phones?

No, Chinese phones are obviously low quality in terms of not only hardware but also software. These phones have a very low quality Operating system and don't support java and therefore you are getting the compatibility error. Infact any java software (not just flash player) that you might try to install on the china phone wont work and you will get the same error for all of them.
If you want to use java buy a phone that would support java file execution(jar files).

Although java is supported by many platforms and has many qualities to run on many mobile phones also but in your case you need to check your mobile specifications. Check the required mobile specifications and look for the word java in specifications if the required software is supported by your phone you will be able to run java programs.Â
