Is there a bug tracker that interacts with TMS?

I'm looking for two pieces of software:

• Bug Tracker
• Test Management System(TMS)

Points that are highly important for me:

• The ability for these two to connect with each other, for example, if test management system finds a bug, it can send it to bug tracker
• They are written in any of these: JAVA, PHP, C# or Python
• It is Open source
• It can send email notifications
• it is well documented

Any suggestion appreciated!

Bug Tracker is a free-for-all open-source and general purpose web-based bug tracking and general purpose issue tracking application. It is currently used daily by thousands of development and customer teams across the globe.

 

QMetry is a completely integrated test management tool that can be used for creating requirements, test cases (test suites) capable of operating on various platforms.
