Is there any way to use editable icon for windows?

I am running a Windows PC. I want to change my desktop icons and I am looking for the download links on where to get them. I want to change my icons so my desktop will look nice. Thank you.

I can help you by giving you these three links. Read them carefully. It’s not hard but easy to apply the first link for customizing your icons in Windows XP.

The second link is for creating Windows XP icons by using a vector program, such as FreeHand, Illustrator, or Photoshop. These are amazing programs for icons.

Hope you are fine.

Now I shall show you how to customize icons in windows.

At first Right – click on the desktop > select Personalize.

Now, click the “Change desktop icons” link located at the left side.

Now select the icon you want to change > click the Change Icon button. You can uncheck the box located under “change icon” button.

Now select one of the icons listed in the box, otherwise you may click browse to use the icon you wish.  Then click ok.
