Hi

I use ebay when I was in my old office. I did lot of deals and get know with lot of important sellers who willing to give lot of discounts. But when I tried to logon to it says that your IP is blocked. Is there any way that regain the ebay block IP address?

Hi,

EBay will block an IP address when it feels that the user of the IP address is an abuser. It normally happens when a user bids for a particular product and do not pay for it. I suggest you to contact the EBay support team and check whether they have mistakenly blocked your account and IP address. I’ve heard that this kind of a situation happened to a user. Please make sure your EBay user name and password is not shared by anyone else.
