This is an example of pop-up internet ad. I am not rude but I just want to be honest. This and other pop-up ads are really annoying. Are there ways to stop this? My default browser is Microsoft internet explorer.
Try this one and follow the instructions below.
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer :
1.      Open your internet explorer borwser.
2.      In your Menu Bar, Click Tools and Options. Select Privacy Tab. Below Privary Tab there is a Pop-up Blocker part. Check the "Block pop-ups" option to blocked any pop-up ads.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox:
1.      Open your mozilla firefox browser.
2.      Click on your Menu Bar. Click Tools and Options. Hit the Web features button on the left side.
3.      Uncheck Block Pop-up Windows to disable pop-up ads.

If you are facing this problem with Google chrome, please follow my instruction to get rid of. At first press "chrome" and then select "preferences". Then select "under the hood" and "privacy" option.Now, go to "content settings". Now, you can find "pop up settings" in left side. choose the 2nd option from there. Now, notice, no pop up is probleming.Â
