Hello, this problem occurs when Windows installer files are missing or damaged. To solve this problem, use the following method.
- Using the MSConfig tool, you can confirm whether the installer service is running or not.
- Click start, and then click Run.
- Type MSConfig and then click OK.
- Go to the services tab, select the box which is next to the Windows installer.Â
- Click on OK and then Restart the PC.
- Reinstall MS Office, type product key, and then click Next. MS Office can be installed.
