I was trying to connect to the server when I found that the system was giving me an error. It gave me a visual error saying that the server process could not be started. I have not seen this error before and do not know what to do. Can you help?
The error you are getting contains a complete error message which says “the process could not start because the configured identity is incorrect. Please check the username and password.”
The error message makes it very clear why the error has occurred. This error is occurring because you have used the wrong username and password to configure and connect to the server. Use the following steps to troubleshoot. Type services.msc in the command prompt. Navigate to the MH Dialogue Manager Service, MH Send Message Service, and MH Receive Mail Service. Right-click the three services in turn and select Properties. Navigate to Log On tab in the Properties window and provide updated username and password. Restart the service.
