Solution 1: Make sure the BITS service is running.
Step 1: Go to Search, type “service.msc,” and open Services.
Step 2: Find BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service), right-click on it and choose Properties.
Step 3: Make sure that Startup type is set to Automatic and Service status: is set to Running.
Step 4: Restart the computer and check for the error.
Solution 2:
Configure proxy via command prompt.
Step 1: Go to Start >> Run >> type cmd >> Click on OK.
Step 2: At the command prompt, type ‘netsh winhttp set proxy proxyservername:portnumber,’ then press Enter.
