System Error Code 32 on AvaTrader

Hello,

I installed AvaTrader which is a trading software with many features that help me in my day to day activities as a trader. But when I open the software an error pops up with the message “System Error Code: 32 the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process” Why is this happening?

This error message can occur when the Nod32 Anti-virus is installed on your computer.

System Error Code 32 on AvaTrader

To fix this problem you have to exclude the folder of AvaTrader from antivirus. I don`t know what software of antivirus do you use but it`s very simple. I don`t think it will cause you problems. You go to the menu and try to find Exclusions and then in that taskbar you have to introduce the name of AvaTrader folder. It has to look like this image:
