Symantec Recovery Disk error and the PcAnywhere connection fails

Hello,

When trying to connect using PCAnywhere,Symantec Recovery disk error occurs because either the remote computer or the host uses earlier version of pcAnywhere solution. This two other version are not compatitable so it fails to connect to the remote computer. For solving the issue, upgrade the version of PCAnywhere from its earlier version which is used by the remote computer. For more details go to the link.

Hope this will work.

Thanks,have a good time.
