Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows what a SharePoint dashboard designer is and how I can share a calendar in outlook as well as how to share outlook calendar in 2010?
A SharePoint dashboard designer is employed to create rich animated, interactive charts based on SharePoint lists, libraries, or external data directly in the browser. It supports SharePoint 2019/2016/2013/2010, including Foundation and SharePoint Online in Office 365.
To share a calendar in outlook, first, you need to go calendar on home and choose to share a calendar. Choose the calendar you want to save in the drop-down menu.
In the Calendar Properties dialog box, click Add, then you can search for people from your address book or type in their email addresses in the Add box. When you are finished adding names in the Add Users dialog box then click OK. Back in the Calendar Properties dialog box, pick out the person’s name or email address, then choose the level of details that you want to share with the person, then click OK. The person you’ve shared your calendar with will receive a shared invitation by email. Once the recipient clicks Accept; they’ll view your shared calendar on their calendar list.
You can follow these same steps in outlook 2010 for sharing outlook calendar 2010. Unless you need to go to the calendar box and from there you will need to go to the Date Range box then click the time-period that you want the calendar to show and enter or select any other options that you want, and then click OK.
