Hey. I want to switch from MS Outlook Working Offline to Online. Does Outlook allow that flexibility? I need this for my official work. A quick reply would really be appreciated.
Hello. It is indeed possible to change from MS Outlook Working Offline to online. You can firstly check the status of your server. It can either be connected or disconnected.
These two can be used to check the status. To return online it is very simple and you need to just check the “Send/Receive ” tab choose “Work Offline” to reconnect.
If the background of the “Work Offline” button is colored in blue like shown it means you are connected.
If this is turned off it means your Cached Exchange Mode might be turned off. The person who controls your exchange server can be contacted to correct this
