I am looking for ideal options I could take after using Red Hat Certified Engineer. I am considering Sun Solaris Scarified System and Cisco but I am not quite sure yet, which one to go for.
I hope you can share with me your ideas.

If I understand you correctly, you have completed the requirements for obtaining RHCE certification. If so, congratulations and if you are going to work on it good luck. The question that you are asking really depends on what type of role you are trying to get into. If you want to be more of an System Administrator or infrastructure design and support, I would recommend the Sun Solaris certification.
If you are more interested in the workings behind the infrastructure I would say pursue the Cisco especially if you have already obtain the RHCE. This gives you knowledge on the devices that will tie into the network. It will compliment your skill sets nicely. These are some of the things to keep in mind while making your decision and it would not hurt to obtain both if you'd like. You are just going to have to be tasked with which one at this moment is most needed.
