Hello experts, I want to create a new Active Directory. I am currently working on Windows server 2003. Please explain the steps for Active directory Windows 2003 installation.

Steps To Create Active Directory Windows 2003 On Your System

1. Insert the CD of Windows Server 2003.

2. Click start menu and select Run and type dcpromo.

3. Hit OK to start the Active Directory Installation Wizard.

4. Click Next.

5. For the new domain select a domain controller and hit next.

6. Select Domain in a new forest and then next.

7. Take the default domain name and click next.

8. Fix the database and log file location to default.

9. Hit Install and configure the DNS server on this computer and the next.

10. Permit for the compatibility of Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 server or Operating system and hit next.

11. After the installation, you need to restart your system.
