Hey! Start with opening the Exchange Management Console. In the Recipient Configuration, select Mailbox and the New-Mailbox option.
This would open the New-Mailbox Wizard, where you need to select Room Mailbox.
Choose new users in user type and specify user information in the next window. In the Mailbox settings, choose an alias and fill in other required information.
