I have prepared a crystal report. What are the steps that have to be followed to export crystal report to pdf in Windows application? Reply ASAP.
Steps To Be Followed To Export Crystal Report To Pdf
Crystal reports support export of reports in various formats like pdf, excel, etc.
To export the report to pdf, the following steps need to be followed in case of Windows application.
- Run the Crystal Report Project
- Click on the Export Report option at the top of the Left Corner
- The save as Drop down menu will appear, choose appropriate format ( .pdf )
- It is to be noted that Page Range option is not available in the version of Crystal Report Viewer for Windows.
- In File Name Option enter an appropriate name for the file according to your convenience.
- Click on Save
