Hi. The steps to print the documents using HP Officejet Pro 8500A software in Windows require you to load the photo paper in the tray followed by clicking on print from the file menu. Ensure that the printer which you have is selected and the properties can be changed as well by opening the properties box of the printer. The printout can be taken out in black and white as well by selecting the advanced menu and changing the print to the grayscale option and click on OK.
Next, either click on Print or OK to start the print. The steps to be followed in Mac OS X include loading paper into the tray as the first step. Next, click on the print option from the file menu. Ensure that the printer that you are using has been selected from the list. Then, after the print settings have been changed, the print option from the file menu can be selected to start the printing.
