Follow the steps below to fix the problem-

  1. Go to c drive
  2. And then to users folder and then username of your account folder
  3. Then proceed to appdata
  4. Go to local folder and then right click on it to access properties
  5. In properties go to security tab and then in to edit and then select the add option
  6. Type everyone and then Grant full control
  7. Click ok and then restart your pc.
