Hi. Follow the given steps to delete any user from your Microsoft Office 365 pro plus-

  1. Sign in into your account using the admin details.
  2. On the Microsoft Office 365 admin centre bar, click on “users” which will show a list of all the users having access to your subscription.
  3. Now click on “active users” and select the name of the user you want to delete.

4. Click on “delete” in the left hand side of the screen which finally deletes the selected             user.
