I accidentally deleted a folder which contains a lot of JPEG files. I installed the Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery 5 to recover the photos. It did not recover all the photos that I deleted and the ones that it recovered were corrupted. Is there any other software that I can use?

I am so sorry to hear that you deleted your photos, I had the same problem and I know how bad it can be.
I personally advise you to use software such as: Wonder share Photo Recovery 3; Photo Rescue;
Digital Photo Recovery; Disk Internals Flash Recovery or GetData Recover My Photos.
You can even try to recover your missing files with the help of your antivirus or antispy programs, they usually have a "recover" option.

As you mentioned you have installed software that has not recovered all the photos.
Let me tell you, so many good recovery software’s are available in the internet for JPEG photos.
Such as
Digital Photo Recovery software.
I have given you a few names you can pick any of them.
I can suggest you to try the Recuva software because I have used it before and it is good.
