Hi,

I have a Samsung, Vista, Dual core laptop and I do not get pass the loading bar when I turn on the machine. I tried F2, F8 and F12 and they do not work. My attempts via safe mode to load previous configuration has failed.

Please assist me.

Hi Isabellagregorey,

Corrupted system files and damaged Windows caused this Issue. All you have to do is reboot your PC using CD-ROM as first priority to boot. Insert a Windows Vista installer to your disk drive and allow it to boot. Then choose from the Menu the repair option. And it will automatically diagnose and repair the problem.

Hi,

There are actually two ways to load the machine in safe mode.

1-First one is the one that you've tried (But didn't work)

2–And the second one is to hold on to the power button to force it to a shutdown. Then when you next boot your machine it will show you an menu with safe mode option. So try that and you can also boot from your Windows CD and use the repair option to restore the missing Windows files..

Thanks!
