Hi Joseph Abbott,

Error code 1320 is cause by a mis configured system files within the operating system.

You need to download this file:

Hello Joseph, I see you getting some problems installing SPSS 16.0.

Please follow my steps to install SPSS.

Step 1: Press on your start menu and select Run. Then in the box that pop up type in:   \usrv-aspenPCSPSS and press Ok. Double click the standalone folder, and then the SPSS 16 folder.

Step 2:  Once you reach in the SPSS install directory, double-click the icon septup.exe.

Then select Install SPSS 16.0 from the menu.

After this the rest of the installation is easy to follow along.

Good Luck.
Let me know if it works.

Thanks!
