Hello,
I have an Xperia Neo and SI was on the list when connect to PC then It said I had already the latest software. I downloaded and install SUS without any issue and when I opened it for updates it loaded about half an hour and displayed an error message. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Robert,
You will need to do the following to resolve the error that you are getting:

First, you will need to disable the USB debugging mode. Just go to settings and then choose developer options.

After that go to settings, and then Application, and then All, Mtapp and then choose "Clear Data". Force stop.

Using a PC, uninstall Sony PC companion as well as the Sony Erickson update.

Run a registry cleaner software to remove registry leftovers and then restart your PC.

Reinstall the Sony PC companion and then restart the computer.

After that connect Sony Xperia to the PC and then try running the Sony PC Companion.

Select start under support zone.

Everything should work just fine.
