Can I connect the Sony Smart watch to other brand of android smartphones, tablets or netbooks?

Yes you can connect your Sony Smartwatch to other brands of android smartphones, tablets, notebooks etc.
To do so you will have to go through the following steps:
STEP 1:
Install Liveware manager (application from Google Play) on your phone to which you want to connect your Sony Smartwatch.
STEP 2:
Pair the SmartWatch device using a Bluetooth connection with your phone.
STEP 3:
Then install SmartWatch app on your phone by carefully following the instructions.
STEP 4:
In this step allow the applications which are made for SmartWatch and which you want to use such as phone facebook, twitter, messaging, calendar etc.

Sony SmartWatch is a Bluetooth device and is paired with any Android Smartphone using a free application from Google Play.
But if you already have a Sony handset or a Sony Smartphone then you should find it already pre-installed.
Just check the pre-installed applications in your Sony Smartphone if it is already there.
But if not, you can always download the free application from Google Play.
Like any SmartWatch, this one from Sony lets you read emails, texts, and social updates.
