Thanks techyv.com for your quick response.

I have some more problems. When I start my computer it shows no problem. But after 2-3 minutes it shuts down automatically. What's the matter?

Hi Subroto,

This problem may cause for your CPU processor. Sometimes it gets over warmed and creates this problem. Can you open your CPU? If yes, then open it and check if the fan got stuck with any wires.Remove the wires and set up again.

Note: If you can't open, then call in an expert for the safety of your hardware.

Thanks for your question. Ask if you have more to know.

Hello Subrato,

When a computer shuts down without warning, it is usually a heat related problem. Computers these days automatically shut down when components (processors, graphics card, etc.) get too hot.

You can check your fan or power supply for any problems. It could also be a Hardware related problem, or an Operating System related problem.

Good day Subrato,

I hope this might help you with your problem.

1. If you have anti-virus, run them to check if there is a virus in your system then let the anti-virus remove it.

2. Take the cover of your computer and check the inside or clean if needed. Then run your computer again without the cover.

3. Delete the shortcuts on your desktop.

4. Go to "run" and run msconfig.

5. When you're in the msconfig, go to the startup tab. And uncheck the programs that you really don't need to run immediately.

6. Restart your computer again.

Hope this helps. Thank you and God bless.
